We've run the Bastille. We've celebrated our country's freedom. Now, let's try a little red, white, and... Burgundy!
If you haven't treated yourself to a true Burgundy, then, well, you're in for a treat. With some of the best Pinot Noir, Beaujolais, and Gamay, as well as Chardonnay, Chablis, and Aligote'; not to mention Rosé(!), these are wines that need to make your Spring/Summer wine list! Celebrated for their exquisite terroir, rich history, and limited production, the wines from this region are elegant, complex, and distinctive, produced by small estate wineries.
